1. We don't collect your documents

DocxShuttle is a client-only tool. All .docx unzipping, parsing, and comparison happen in your browser memory. Files are never sent to any server.

2. Local storage

We use IndexedDB to store the rule sets extracted from your custom templates (not the original files), and localStorage to remember your language and theme preferences. All this data lives only on your device and can be cleared at any time.

3. No tracking, no cookies

We don't use cookies and don't embed any third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

4. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records basic access logs (IP, UA) per its own privacy policy, used for security and reliability.
